Hi I’m Carly. I’m an integrative nutritionist and herbalist who helps people battling depression and/or anxiety manage their aches and pains and increase their energy. Together we will create an effective dietary and lifestyle plan so you may lead a full life.

Drawing from foundations in the kitchen and outdoors, I support individuals dealing with chronic health conditions through 1:1 coaching, workshops, and writing.

Having wrestled with my own mental and physical health challenges for many years, I’ve found paths to recovery and balance by leaning on diet, herbal support, and slow, incremental lifestyle changes.
